The Venue's team sets up it's furniture and breakdown it's furniture at the end of your event. So with this and hiring in-house planning or wedding management, your Wedding Party and your Parents are not working on Wedding Day.
9 Hours which are flexible as to the start time of your Ceremony however consecutive, divided into 1 Hour Rehearsal, 3 Hours set-up, vendor load-in, 4 Hours Event, 1 Hour breakdown, vendor load-out.
More Hours can be purchased for 300 for Extra Event Hour and/or 150 for Extra Set-Up time. (Set-Up Hours can not become Event Hours)

The Venue sets-up the venue's tables and chairs inside the venue and on the waterfront deck based on the layout design we have created with you. Break-down of the tables and chairs is provided at no charge by the in-house Planner/Manager and Venue.
You are provided through the customized wedding planning portal with links to rental linens and other possibilities such as lounge station, ceremony chairs, gold and other reception chairs, arbors, and more.
We provide 120 Black Chiavari Chairs used inside the venue, 20 guests tables, rolling cake table, 6 cocktail tables, 4 small guest tables which can be used for a sweet-heart table, 3 of the 8' tables, 2 of the 6'tables, 40' cocktail bar, and 1 of the 8' table for DJ.
You receive a planning process portal once booked in which you will find vetted vendors that we have worked with over and over during the last 15 years. In order to ensure you receive the utmost care and attention on your big day, we ask that you work off these lists of curated professionals. Also, in-house food catering is offered as an option. Our only vendor requirements are catering.
Rental rates begin at $6,000, but they vary depending on the week you are hosting your event.
If you have 30 or less guests, we have a different pricing.

There is a 25% non-refundable payment of the base rental due at the time of booking along with a signed Reservation Agreement.
The remaining non-refundable payments are due monthly on a payment plan.
Any and all payments made are nonrefundable upon receipt.
This is why hiring our in house planning or wedding management along with our exclusive list of vendors makes a world of difference. Your catering company will ensure everything is maintained throughout the evening and cleaned up as it relates to food service at the end of your event. Your in house planner or wedding manager will make sure that your personal items are gathered and loaded with whoever you have designated ahead of time.
Rental of the Venue includes 9 hours which is 1 hour Rehearsal, 3 hour load in on wedding day, 4 hours for actual event, and 1 hour load-out. All events must conclude no later than 10:00 pm and an additional hour is allotted for caterer, vendor, and planner clean-up. Additional set-up and event time can be purchased prior to event date.
Our booked clients have access to property for engagement, bridal, and anniversary photos (subject to availability and cannot interfere with other events).
We are lucky enough to be right across the street to New World Inn which offers a Bridal Suite and a Groom Suite. Also, this quaint boutique hotel has 15 Guest Rooms. One block from the Venue is a new Holiday Inn with 120 guest rooms, 12 of those rooms are Suites. There are other Hotels close by including Hilton Garden Inn, Marriott Hotel, and Residence Inn. Also there are numerous AirBNBs downtown for you and your guests to stay. We find that clients and their families want to spend Rehearsal night, Wedding night, and a few days at their secured accommodations.
There is 100 parking spaces for the your guests one block from the venue. This is a Public Parking area. There is also a 30 parking space for your guests across the street in the next block. We reserve 2 parking spaces in front of the venue for clients.

We make a conscious effort to be more, to do more, and to give more. While it may seem as though our sole purpose is to provide a great relaxed friendly wedding venue for weddings and events, we strive for something higher. Palafox Wharf also serves the greater purpose of being a home away from home for everyone that walks through our doors. It’s a special place, where friends and family can come together and create lifelong memories rooted in joy and happiness.
The venue was built in 1880 by a shipping company who had 14 ships which sailed down in the Bay of Campeche in Mexico for red snapper. We found one of these ships in Miami named "The American Eagle" and brought it back to the venue. There are interesting parts of the ship which are artfully placed in the venue in the Cocktail Bar area. Much of the original wood from 1880 has been preserved for the venue.

What is better than downtown Pensacola, right on the water, and in walking distance to the bars? It sits on the water and the sunset at the perfect time in the evenings where it sits behind a building so guests don't sweat and the lighting is perfect outdoors.
